Founder and principal
Paul G. Herring

Paul G. Herring founded Caladron after sixteen years with a federal contractor, building and running the systems that mobilize the Reserve Component. He took over Army MOBCOP’s Tour of Duty application in its first year and led it for a decade, owning its requirements, builds and development team, and shaping it into the application that changed how the Army Reserve and National Guard hire.
He is now the functional and product lead for a Department of the Air Force TIMES application suite across NIPR and SIPR, the first cloud-hosted suite his employer has fielded: leading Certificate to Field and ATO, running requirements discovery with Headquarters Air Force A3, designing the applications, directing sprints and approving releases, managing cloud architects and developers, and writing the business rules, courseware and training himself.
He is a U.S. Army veteran, service-disabled. He holds an active security clearance.
Outside work he is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and coaches at a gym in Lorton.
Caladron LLC was formed in 2026. The experience above was earned as an employee of another firm. It is the founder’s own, offered as key personnel experience rather than corporate past performance.
